National Summit on the Indigenous Forest Bioeconomy 2026

Hosted by the National Aboriginal Forestry Association (NAFA), this summit brings together Indigenous leaders, forestry professionals, industry, and government partners from across Canada to explore opportunities in the Indigenous forest bioeconomy. Key discussions will focus on Indigenous-held forest tenure, bioeconomy development, workforce and talent growth, policy innovation, and Indigenous-led forestry initiatives. The event features presentations, panel discussions, networking opportunities, and knowledge sharing from Indigenous forestry leaders nationwide.
